CleanerPal Terms of Service
Last updated: April 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CleanerPal iOS application, website, and any related services provided by us ("CleanerPal", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using CleanerPal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the application or related services.
These Terms are intended to explain your rights and responsibilities while using CleanerPal, including the acceptable use of the service, subscription terms, limitations of liability, and other important legal information.
Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use CleanerPal. If you are using the application on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Use of the Service
CleanerPal is designed to help users organize, review, and clean up their photo library. You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Apple App Store requirements.
You are responsible for all content stored on your device and for any actions you take while using the application. You acknowledge that any deletion of photos, videos, or other files initiated through the app is your responsibility. We recommend reviewing cleanup suggestions before permanently deleting any content.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineer the application where prohibited by law, or use CleanerPal in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important photos, videos, and files. Although CleanerPal is designed to assist with media organization, no software can guarantee that files selected for removal are no longer needed. You should carefully review all suggested actions before confirming deletion.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of CleanerPal does not violate the rights of others or any applicable laws.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Certain features of CleanerPal may require a paid subscription or a one-time in-app purchase. All purchases are processed securely through Apple using your App Store account.
Subscription pricing, billing cycles, renewals, cancellations, and refund eligibility are managed by Apple according to the terms of the App Store. We do not control Apple's billing systems or payment policies.
Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions may automatically renew according to your App Store settings. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.
Intellectual Property
CleanerPal, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, and related content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the application without prior written permission.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CleanerPal solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Privacy
Your use of CleanerPal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is processed and protected. By using the application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
Availability of the Service
We strive to keep CleanerPal available and functioning reliably. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the application. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance, security improvements, legal compliance, or product updates.
We reserve the right to update the application, introduce new features, remove existing functionality, or change subscription offerings without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CleanerPal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the application will always be error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanerPal and its affiliates, developers, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the application.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, device issues, or accidental deletion of files, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using CleanerPal at any time by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if necessary to protect the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the service.
